On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, SMRC's V. M. Salgaocar Hospital, in association with the Innerwheel Club of Vasco Da Gama, hosted a thought-provoking Mental Health Awareness Talk at Deepvihar Higher Secondary School in Vasco, Goa.
SMRC’s Psychologist and Psychotherapist Dr. Sanjana Seth led the insightful session, engaging students and faculty alike on the importance of mental well-being, stress management, and emotional resilience. This collaborative initiative aimed to foster a supportive environment, encouraging open conversations and promoting holistic mental health among the school community.
