Medical facility – For IPD, OPD & Health check up
Applicability – All Employees
Authorized signatory – Credit letter / mail by Manager HRD or Administration.
Payment Terms – Bills submission within 15-30 days from the receipt of the bill.
The patient needs to submit the credit letter from the corporate duly signed by the authorized signatory. The credit letter should mention the name of the patient, class of accommodation and treatment details.
In case of emergency, cashless admission can be granted on producing corporate identity card. The patient should submit the credit letter from the corporate before discharge.
